Diagnostic service-call fees, repair pricing, warranties, and availability are described on our website and confirmed before any work begins. Estimates are provided in good faith and may change based on on-site findings; you approve a flat-rate quote before we perform any repair.
Use of the Website
You agree not to:

Warranty
Appliance and HVAC repairs are backed by a 180-day labor warranty, on the specific repair performed. HVAC systems we install carry a 5-year labor warranty. Warranties do not cover new or unrelated issues, misuse, or third-party tampering.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Alameda County, California, except where prohibited by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
