Home warranty companies

Mario has been with Triton since 2022 and runs the office team. If your repair is going through a home warranty company, it is Mario who deals with the claim, the authorization and the paperwork, so you do not have to.

He came to Triton for the chance to grow and took on responsibility quickly. Most of his week goes into making the job smoother for both sides of it — the customer waiting at home and the technician in the van.

Outside work he plays basketball, watches films and spends time with his family.

Property managers & landlords

Gilma joined Triton in 2022 and looks after our property management accounts. When a building manager calls about a unit, she is the one who keeps the tenant, the manager and the technician on the same page until the appliance works again.

She cares about the part of the job most people only notice when it goes wrong: that someone picks up, that the appointment holds, and that nobody has to chase an answer.

Away from the office she spends time with her daughter, reads, and keeps a garden.

Working with a warranty company or managing a building?

Two kinds of call need more than a time slot. A home warranty claim needs someone to talk to the warranty company and get the repair authorized. A rental unit needs someone to reach the tenant, hold the appointment and report back to the manager. Mario handles the first, Gilma the second — so the job does not stall between phone calls. The service call is a flat $89 and is waived when you approve the repair.
