Honestly, couldn't be happier with these guys. We wanted to put a ductless mini-split installation in our place here in Redwood City, and they made it so easy. They actually took the time to map out the best layout for the rooms so we didn't have to deal with putting in bulky ductwork.The crew was super clean, polite, and they handled all the local city permit paperwork without any issues. It's hard finding solid, licensed HVAC contractors down here in the Peninsula, but these guys are the real deal. If you're looking for an AC installation or need someone to look at a heat pump, call them first. Total lifesavers.

We had a part malfunction in our clothes washing machine. My experience working with Triton Appliance repair was satisfying because the company’s response time was fast, it was easy to schedule a repair appointment, their repairs technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the machine, the problem was immediately diagnosed, and afterwards the office called me to schedule the part replacement. In my case, the part order, which Triton took care of, took about a week. The job cost was standard for a pro repair, and the initial repairs deposit was deducted from the final charge. This was the second I’ve used Triton and I’d definitely use them again.

I am delighted with Triton Appliance Repair and I called them because they did such a good job previously. Both times they responded quickly to my call, they sent it qualified technician to assess the problem. They ordered the part and installed it within a few days. I have used other companies to do this, and they were much less reliable and had much longer windows of having to stay home to meet the technician. I will definitely call Triton again.
