I worked with Triton Appliance repair to fix my broken Viking microwave. Triton kept me updated on the progress and was transparent about all the problems the technicians encountered. Despite not being able to fix it in the end due to missing parts, the team was honest, responded well to feedback, and refunded all the fees for me. They could've kept the money and not refunded me, but they did. Repair cost was cheaper than getting a brand new microwave, and they waive the initial inspection fee. Will be using them again.
