The usual fix

On an LG no-drain call, the tech will: pull and inspect the pump filter / coin trap, check the drain hose for kinks and clogs, and test the drain pump for continuity and free movement. Check the drain hose behind the washer for a kink, and make sure it isn't jammed too far down the standpipe.
Run a cancel/drain cycle (or power-cycle the machine) to reset a one-off glitch.

Call a pro when:
